Privacy & Trust

When you upload a room photo, it is stored securely in your private account and used exclusively to generate AI redesigns for you. Your original photos are never shared with other users, never used to train AI models, and never sold or transferred to third parties. Only you can access your uploaded images — they are protected by row-level access controls so that even our internal systems require authentication to read them.

Your uploaded photo is passed to an AI image model to produce redesigned room visuals. The AI processes the image in real time and does not retain a permanent copy of your photo or generated results. Generated images are stored in your private account under the same access controls as your originals. We use industry-standard encrypted connections for all data transfers between our servers and the AI provider.

All images generated through your RoomVision AI account belong to you. We do not claim any copyright or intellectual property over the designs you create. On the Starter and Pro plans, images are licensed for personal use. On the Business plan, generated designs are licensed for commercial use — including client presentations, publications, and real estate listings. You are in full control of your data. You can delete any generated image or uploaded photo at any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data — including uploaded photos, generated images, and billing history — contact us at support@roomvision.ai and we will process the request within 7 business days. We do not retain deleted data beyond standard database backup windows (max 30 days).

All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. RoomVision AI never sees, stores, or handles your card number, CVV, or banking details — they go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We store only a Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription. You can update or cancel your payment method at any time from your account settings.

Personal and Starter plan users may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes — including home renovation planning, mood boards, and social sharing for personal projects. Business plan subscribers receive a commercial licence that permits use in client deliverables, real estate listings, architectural presentations, interior design portfolios, and paid publications. If you are unsure whether your intended use is covered, contact us before distributing.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data privacy laws, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request a copy in a portable format, correct inaccurate data, restrict processing, and request erasure. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not engage in automated profiling for marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@roomvision.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
